We bill quarterly (once every 3 months) by postcard invoice (see below).
Payments may be submitted monthly or quarterly: monthly by the 10th of each month, or quarterly by the 10th of the FIRST month of the quarter.
Payments made in any other fashion will be subject to finance charges and interruption of service.
